中高渗油藏空气泡沫调驱技术

摘要:研究了泡沫驱油机理,高温、高矿化度条件下泡沫体系,胡12块原油低温氧化性能,甲烷在空气中的爆炸极限,现
场集输流程,安全控制系统。通过胡状油国12块沙三中86-8层系矿场试验,分析了空气泡沫调驱技术对储层的调剖能力、封
堵能力。试验结果表明,空气中的氧气在地层中得到了充分氧化,产出氧气浓度<3%,阶段提高采收率幅度为3.94%,无安
全事故。

Profile control by air foam in high permeability reservoir

Abstract: The mechanism of foam flooding and foam system in high temperature, high salinity conditions were studied
The oxidation properties of crude oil from block Hu-12 at low temperature, explosion limit of methane in air, oil gathering
process and safety control system were also discussed in the paper. The profile control ability of air foam in formation Sha3 86
-8 was analyzed in the case of pilot test in block Hu-12. Results show that the oxygen injected with air oxidized abundantly in
formation. The oxygen concentration of produced gas was less than 3%. The recovery has been improved by 3.94% in the pe
riod. Besides, no accident happened in the process.
